Music is the creative art of arranging physical sounds in sequence to create a specific composition, usually through the components of harmony, melody, rhythm, and tone. It’s one of the most universal artistic factors of all human cultures. In the West, it generally concerns itself with Western music styles and has become identified primarily as a reflection of those styles’ influences. It is acknowledged as a significant influence on the way people move, speak, and think.

Objective of Composers: It was developed over time by composers who used different musical devices and methods to make music. It was the primary objective of composers in the Classical period that music should be simple enough for all people to learn and use. The earliest forms of music were composed not only for solo purpose but as a group, each member playing a role, as in an orchestra. The complexity of the compositions were based more on technique rather than on emotions. The most famous of these early composers was Beethoven, who is widely considered to be one of the most innovative and accomplished composers ever.

During the Renaissance period: (from approximately 1400 to 1800), Italian Renaissance musicians were renowned for their creativity in using various musical instruments. These musicians were known for their enormous musical talents as well as for their extravagant costumes. These qualities, along with their ability to play large and complex music for a single-person band, gave these musicians a significant position in Renaissance society. They played major roles in politics, economics, and religion and also created works of art that could be seen around the religious centers of Italy.

During the late 1800s, European composers started to experiment with new forms of Western music, incorporating the complex rhythmic patterns and ascending and descending scales in new and inventive ways. The birth of such revolutionary forms as the jazz music and the blues music inspired many other styles of music to develop. These genres included classical European classical music and the Romantic music of France, which was later to become the major influence of American ragtime and the Birth of a Nation. Some of these European styles were incorporated into the non-Western forms of European music. Examples include the songs of Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Haydn, Elton John, Handel, Haydn, Vivaldi, and J. S. Bach.

History of Music: The birth of such pop music as Adele or Britney Spears’ “Hit Me One Moare Time” is credited to the composers of the late 1980s, bringing about a turn in the balance between classical and pop music. Some European composers that gained popularity during this time include Alexander Borodin, Oleguer Bustos, and others. Some later artists included Mario Lanza, Enya, and Carlos Santana. Some Western European composers contributed to the development of new forms of pop music, most notable Michael Jackson and John Lennon.
